The examination process of MP Judicial Services typically occurs in 3 phases;

  1. Preliminary Examination (Objective Type)
  2. Main Examination (Subjective Type)
  3. Interview

MP Judiciary Prelims Syllabus 2023

There are 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the MP Civil Judge Exam prelims paper, and each one is worth one mark.

There are two components to the initial evaluation. You are chosen to take the main exam based on how well you did on the preliminary exam.

The preliminary examination of MP Judiciary shall be an objective type examination consisting of the following parts of 150 Marks each:-

MP Judiciary Mains Syllabus 2023

Main Examinations consists of four subjective question papers, each paper consist 100 marks. First and Second question papers will be given together while third and fourth question papers will be given together. The time period for each question paper will be of 3 hours.
The main examination process itself will be conducted over 2 days.

Note- While answering the main exams, quoting the principle of citation would be enough. Quoting the citation itself will not earn any extra marks. Further, quoting the wrong citation would be detrimental.

MP Judiciary Viva Voce Details

The final round of the MP Judiciary state will be the personality test interview round, known as viva voce. This stage of the exam carries the maximum mark of 50.
